Little Emily -- Mr. Bus Driver, why are you whistling on the bus?
Mr. Bus Driver -- Because I can.
Little Emily -- But Mr. Bus Driver, you're not supposed to whistle on the bus.
Mr. Bus Driver -- Oh really? I didn't know that.
Little Emily -- Why not? Aren't you the bus driver?
Mr. Bus Driver -- That's what they tell me.
Little Emily -- They who?
Mr. Bus Driver -- The people who tell me to drive the bus. The people in charge.
Little Emily -- Then why didn't they tell you that you're not supposed to whistle on the bus?
Mr. Bus Driver -- I don't know. Maybe they don't like me and want to get me in trouble.
Little Emily -- Well, I like you. You're much better than our last bus driver. He had hair growing out his ears.
Mr. Bus Driver -- Thanks Emily. I like you, too. Are you ready to go home now?
Little Emily -- Yes I am. But remember, don't whistle.
Mr. Bus Driver -- I wouldn't dream of it.
